About the role
As a Business Manager - Group Capability Centre (GCC) you'll play a key role in helping ensure that appropriate support and alignment are in place to enable the GCC and its businesses to meet their goals and objectives in an effective and efficient manner, within the following scope:
Business development - Ensure GCC is well managed including identification of opportunities to enhance central process to benefit GCC and head office stakeholders.
Stakeholder management - Point of contact for GCC Leadership Team, business support teams within the GCC, business support functions within head office, represent GCC on working groups.
Central logistics management - Co-ordinate with local teams to arrange leadership planning days, schedule speakers and maintain central document storage.
Strategic Planning - Ensure GCC KRAs, Strategy and Vision, OKRs are documented and stored in an accessible manner.
Reporting, Insights & Analytics – Provides insights and analytics capability to support the business in the delivery of its objectives
