Our CEO, Angus spotted that many vans on the roads are half full or empty at any given time and so AnyVan was born in 2009 to create the world's most efficient technology logistics platform and help halve the number of miles driven.

We've achieved incredible milestones since then, including securing the largest funding round for a UK tech logistics company from Vitruvian Partners. Today, AnyVan is the largest and fastest-growing company in the logistics space, with big ambitions for the future.

We're looking for passionate individuals to join our talented team of approx. 300 AnyVanners in our London and Cape Town offices. What You'll Be Doing

• Talk to customers all over France who need to move big stuff (like full house moves or large items) and showing them how AnyVan can help
• Build relationships, upsell, and close deals by making sure customers see the value in what AnyVan offers
• Manage your leads and hitting your targets for calls, conversions, and revenue every week and month.
• Working with your manager to tweak and improve sales strategies.
• Sharing customer feedback and market insights to help us improve our services.
  
  

What You'll Need To Succeed

• The ability to speak and write fluently in both French and English
• A passion for sales and some experience in a phone based role working with customers, call centre experience is advantageous
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding your targets in a fast paced phone based sales or customer service role
• The ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone
• Great active listening skills
• Resilience and a positive attitude
• Super organised with an eye for detail
• A bias to action and the capability to deliver good work quickly
• Currently living in a commutable distance to our offices in the Central Business district and happy to be based onsite 5 days a week and work some weekends and evening shifts on a rotational basis

• Annual Salary of ZAR150,000 - 250,000 per annum depending on experience
