Role Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for building long term relationships with our clients. The incumbent will be responsible for a portfolio of airlines, develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities. They will be the main liaison between the client and our internal teams, ensuring market leading service delivery.
Location: Anywhere in UAE, Doha- Qatar or Japan
Remote options: Hybrid ( 3 days in the office)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide our clients with the best customer experience in the industry
- Will be the primary contact for all customer account management matters, including content selection & service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue and margin.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, objectives and SLA's.
- Manage day to day service delivery in partnership with the Content Curation and Content Operations teams.
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Exemplify the company core values and behaviours.

- Ability to juggle multiple accounts, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to working time, to meet the needs of our customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an Account Management or Project Management role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders.
- Able to create business proposals and deliver client focused solutions to meet customer needs.
- Experience with CRM software i.e. salesforce .
