Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Roles & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team at the corporate office in Hyderabad. This 3-month internship provides hands-on experience across various HR functions within the dynamic environment of the real estate sector.

Assist in recruitment activities: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases

Support onboarding and documentation processes for new joiners

Coordinate with different departments for employee data and attendance tracking

Help in organizing employee engagement and R&R activities

Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases

Assist in drafting HR communications and reports

Support daily administrative HR tasks as needed

Key Skills & Requirements

Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic understanding of HR functions and procedures

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Strong organizational and time-management skills
