As Vice President, you manage the entire business of the South Region, oversee sales and service goals, budgets, results, and personnel decisions. This position is based at the South Region headquarters in Houston, TX. The compensation includes base salary and bonus. • Accountability for Profitability and Goals of the South Region
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
• Managing sales and expense budgets
• Recruiting, hiring, and developing staff
• Preparing sales reports

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields
• 5 years of management experience in sales or service
• 5 years of experience in sales or service, preferably in a related industry
• Ability to travel up to 25% throughout the US with focus on the Western Region
• Valid driver's license and passport
