Find your team! Fund and Operations These are the core teams within every local fund at Antler. The local fund and operation teams lead the end-to-end execution of Antler's residency programs—which also includes the design, execution, and management of relevant Antler resources. They also frequently interface with founders, portfolio companies, and advisors. Finance The finance team is in charge of all finance-related workflows concerning the operating companies and funds. They also ensure that Antler is in compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory reporting requirements across all entities. Capital The capital team is in charge of raising capital for Antler. They also support portfolio companies in fundraising efforts in subsequent funding rounds. Antler Elevate Antler Elevate is Antler's emerging growth fund. The fund follows a hybrid strategy: a mix of continuity within Antler's portfolio as well as opportunistic thematic investments outside Antler. Product and Tech The mission of the product and tech team is to bring data-driven intelligence to our investment decision making, creating portfolio value add and enabling an amazing founders network experience via our products and platform. Marketing and Communications Antler marketers and communicators drive our marketing strategy globally and across regions, entrenching our position as the world's day zero investor and building our brand to attract the world's most driven founders. They lead brand marketing, content strategy, PR, digital strategy, and more. Portfolio Our portfolio team includes both regional and global team members, who are dedicated to supporting founders on their journey, whether this involves raising capital, making introductions, or hiring new key employees. People and Culture The People & Culture function is responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Antler's values and mission. They focus on strategies and initiatives that support the development, well-being, and engagement of our team members and work towards nurturing a great employee experience, high talent density, and expansion of teams globally. Business Development Antler's business development group exists to foster commercial collaborations between Antler and external parties. Their mission is to support founders with elevated resources, increase the value proposition of the Antler residencies for founders, enhance the value of Antler companies, and earn partnership revenue to reinvest into the firm and support founders.
