Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using the MEAN stack.
Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the team meets project deadlines and delivers high-quality solutions.
Architect and implement scalable and maintainable web applications.
Optimize application performance and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, UX, QA) to deliver a seamless user experience.
Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends.
Identify and implement new technologies to improve development processes and application functionality.

Required Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4 to 6 years of experience in web development with a focus on MEAN stack technologies.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Node.js.
In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, and Angular/React.
Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket technologies.
Solid understanding of design patterns and best practices for building secure and scalable web applications.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) a plus.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive web design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design).
