At Anthony Brown State Farm, we’re looking for people who want to learn the insurance business from the ground up. Most places expect you to pay for your licenses before you even start — not here. We pay you while you train, and you’ll be on the phone making calls and practicing what you’ve learned starting your very first week (and earning extra pay for hitting your goals).<br><br>
</div><div>Our owner started out in this exact same role over 10 years ago before opening his own office in 2020. That means this path works — and if you aren't afraid of putting in the time and effort, it could work for you too.<br><br>

</div><div>If you like talking with people, building real relationships, and helping families protect what matters most, this role could be the perfect fit. For most people, this is a 90-day path that sets you up to become a licensed producer — which means a long-term spot on our team. (If you already have your license and some experience, we can get you selling full time in as little as 30 days, depending on your product knowledge and sales skills.) Show us you can stay consistent and learn quickly in your first month, keep up with getting your licensing and hitting your goals in the second, and by 90 days, you could be selling full time with huge earning potential — maybe even setting yourself up to own your own agency someday.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Make outbound sales calls to find and qualify leads</li>
<li>Have honest, needs-based conversations that help customers understand their options</li>
<li>Answer inbound calls and connect customers with licensed agents when needed</li>
<li>Track your daily activity — calls made, time spent, and quotes produced</li>
<li>Study for and pass Tennessee Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licensing exams (we cover the cost!)</li>
<li>Stay positive, coachable, and ready to learn every day</li>

<strong>Compensation & Benefits:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Base pay: $10/hour for 40 hours a week</li>
<li>With consistent performance, you can average around $16/hour total</li>
<li>Hit 8 qualified leads a day and your pay bumps to about $22/hour during training</li>
<li>We cover your licensing fees after 30 days of meeting your goals</li>
<li>Once licensed, there’s potential to earn six figures as a producer if you put in the work</li>
<li>Get hands-on training and mentorship from pros with over a decade of experience</li>
