About the role
As a Points Economy Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and managing all point-related activities within Antavo's loyalty engine. This includes configuring point earning and burning rules, creating points-based reward catalogs, and optimizing the points economy to drive customer engagement. You will work closely with the Product team to continuously improve the points-related features and ensure they meet the needs of our customers.
