About the role

Key aspects of this role include: Managing client relationships for key agency accounts delivering $1 - $2M annually Achieving revenue goals and coordinating opportunity activities/initiatives Identifying and managing the sales cycle for growth opportunities Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure account planning and delivery Understanding the client's business, industry, and competitive position KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ✅ Manage client relationships for key agency accounts, delivering $1 - $2M annually ✅ Achieve revenue goals and coordinate opportunity activities/initiatives ✅ Identify and manage the sales cycle for growth opportunities across accounts ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure account planning and delivery ✅ Understand the client's business, industry, and competitive position, and how Ansira's work impacts it ✅ Document and evangelize client goals across the team to ensure all efforts support them ✅ Report on how agency work meets and exceeds goals, and participate in internal and external ideation sessions ✅ Understand delivery across agency competencies and leverage this knowledge to build into a client's digital transformation agenda ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate red flags for current projects and ongoing work ✅ Assist with gathering information for marketing proposals and other decks presented internally and externally ✅ Assist with billing procedures, track budget variances, and manage accounts receivable process for past due accounts REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience: 5-10 years of experience in account management, client success, or a related role Skills: Proven track record in client success and account management, strong understanding of the client's business and industry context, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to identify and manage growth opportunities, experience with cross-functional team collaboration, strong project management skills, familiarity with marketing and advertising technologies
