Annotation Intern — PIVAGA
The Opportunity
PIVAGA is building the world’s first Strategic AI Coach for esports gamers, turning gameplay into structured competitive preparation through AI-driven analysis.
Backed by IIMA Ventures (IIM Ahmedabad), iTIC (IIT Hyderabad), STPI, and i-Hub, we are expanding our AI pipeline and looking for an Annotation Engineer / Computer Vision Intern to help build the data and models powering our platform.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Hybrid / Flexible)
💼 Type: Performance-based Internship
💰 Compensation:
First 3 months – Unpaid (evaluation period)
Post evaluation – Subject to Discussion (Paid)
What You’ll Work On
🔹 Gameplay Annotation – Label in-game events such as rotations, fights, zone shifts, and player movements
🔹 Dataset Creation – Prepare structured datasets from gameplay videos and screenshots for computer vision models
🔹 Computer Vision Development – Assist in building and improving CV pipelines for gameplay analysis
🔹 Model Training – Work on training and testing models for tasks like detection, tracking, and segmentation
🔹 Data Quality & Model Feedback – Identify edge cases and improve datasets to increase model accuracy
Who You Are
✅ Familiar with Python and basic machine learning / computer vision concepts
✅ Comfortable working with video data, frames, and annotations
✅ Familiar with BGMI / battle royale gameplay mechanics
✅ Interested in AI, computer vision, and esports analytics
