Lead Presentation Design Creative Pitch Decks

The Lead Presentation Design Creative role will be responsible for creating high-impact, visually stunning pitch decks and presentations to support the agency's growth and new business initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Creative, Business Development, and Client Services teams to develop creative, differentiated presentations that wow clients and prospects. Key responsibilities include: - Conceptualize and design compelling pitch decks and presentations that effectively convey the agency's offerings, capabilities, and unique value proposition - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into visually-arresting pitch materials - Develop innovative, on-brand presentation templates and design systems that can be leveraged across the agency - Stay up-to-date on the latest presentation design trends and best practices to continuously elevate the agency's work - Manage and oversee the timely delivery of all presentation projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction - Mentor and guide more junior designers on the team to elevate their presentation design skills The ideal candidate will have: - 7-12 years of experience in presentation design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise - Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and other relevant presentation design tools - Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into visually compelling, on-brand presentations - Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client-facing skills - Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally - Passion for staying ahead of design trends and continuously improving the agency's creative output - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
