UX/UI - Senior Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to create visually appealing and intuitive designs that enhance the user experience. Responsibilities: - Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points - Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to define the user experience - Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications - Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful implementation of designs - Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data - Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design - Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process - Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite - Ability to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly designs - Experience in responsive design and mobile-first approach - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
