Very few get to see how financial decisions actually happen in the real world.
Money rarely moves because of systems alone.
It moves through conversations, trust, and people helping others make informed decisions.
ANN Guild is a performance-based fellowship designed to give participants exposure to how financial distribution actually works.
Through the program, Fellows work with ANN to help individuals and businesses navigate loans and insurance decisions, while developing practical skills in financial products, communication, and relationship building.
What Fellows Will Do
• Identify and speak with potential customers who may need financial products
• Help people understand options related to loans and insurance
• Collect basic documentation and qualify leads
• Work with ANN’s backend team that manages underwriting, lender coordination, and policy issuance
• Participate in pod-based collaboration and weekly reviews
What Fellows Will Do
• Real-world exposure to financial services distribution
• Practical experience in sales, advisory conversations, and customer engagement
• Commission-based earning on successful cases
• Experience working with financial products such as motor insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and loans
• Opportunity to build professional credibility and receive recognition within the Guild

Prior finance experience is not required.
Program Details
Location: Delhi
Cohort Size: 20 Fellows
Structure: Pod-based collaboration with backend support
Expected Commitment: Minimum 4 hours per day
This is a performance-based fellowship. Earnings are commission-based depending on the financial products successfully issued or disbursed.
