Strategic Responsibilities:
Lead workplace investigations involving misconduct, policy violations, harassment, or disciplinary concerns.
Act as a knowledge powerhouse of this subject, guide management on various policies, employment law and also educate relevant stakeholders.
Conduct thorough and confidential employee relations investigations, including allegations of misconduct, policy violations, and workplace grievances.
Provide consulting to HRBPs on managing disciplinary matters and grievance cases.
Monitor trends and patterns from investigation data to identify risk areas and recommend policy or training improvements. Develop & oversee controls to prevent or deal with violations of guidelines and policies.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of ER/HR policies, standards, procedures and guidelines in accordance with company standards and in ensuring relevance to local culture, Labour laws, and practices.
Set periodicity to effectively review all processes, conduct gap analysis, and report any severity, share feedback.
Operational Responsibilities:
Closely work with relevant stakeholders in Finance, Legal, Compliance for effective execution of required tasks.
Manage external & internal audits & inspections, submit findings, share key learnings and process improvisation plan
Maintain documentation and case records with confidentiality.
Any other duties assigned by the reporting authority.
