Role Description The Animation Intern role at EDUPLORE is a full-time, on-site position based in Mysore. The intern will support the creation of educational and promotional animated content, contributing to visual storytelling for digital learning platforms and institutional communication. Daily responsibilities include working on 2D animation sequences, assisting with storyboarding, developing motion graphics, and collaborating with the design and content teams to align visuals with educational objectives. The intern will help refine graphics assets, ensure brand consistency across animations, and adapt visual elements based on feedback from mentors and stakeholders. This role provides hands-on experience in animation production within an education and edtech environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in 2D Animation and Animation, with an understanding of basic animation principles and workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Motion Graphics to create engaging visual elements for digital content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Storyboarding to plan scenes, visual narratives, and educational concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with industry-standard animation and design tools (such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software) is beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an interest in education-focused content are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mysore, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and manage tasks in a full-time internship setting is required.
- Pursuing or having completed studies in Animation, Design, Multimedia, or a related field is an advantage.
