At Grace Animal Hospital, we believe veterinary care is about more than medicine. It's about relationships, trust, and making both pets and their people feel supported every step of the way. We're looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team and help create a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for every client who walks through our doors or calls our hospital.
As we grow into urgent care in the near future, this role could evolve into supporting general practice, urgent care, or a little bit of both depending on where you shine. If you enjoy helping people, love animals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phone calls and assisting pet owners with questions or appointment requests
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily hospital schedule
- Checking clients in and out for appointments
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating clearly with doctors, technicians, and clients
- Helping create a calm, welcoming environment in the lobby
- Supporting the veterinary team with organization and communication throughout the day
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences
- Bringing 3 to 5 years of customer service experience, veterinary or medical setting preferred but not required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure during busy clinic moments
- A clear and compassionate communicator, especially with worried pet owners
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- A team player who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly
- Energized by a fast-paced environment and ready to jump in wherever needed
