About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications and dashboards that are both responsive and scalable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our clients' operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with expertise in Angular for frontend interfaces and languages such as Python, Ruby, or Golang for backend services. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in fullstack development, with a proven track record of working on complex applications. A strong command of Angular (3+ years) is essential, along with extensive experience in backend programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Golang (3+ years). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is required. Candidates should have hands-on experience with version control systems like Git and deployment pipelines for continuous integration and deployment. A solid understanding of SQL, including query optimization and joins, is necessary, along with experience developing RESTful APIs aligned with industry standards. The ability to learn quickly, work independently, and adapt to evolving project requirements is crucial. Additionally, experience with unit and functional testing frameworks, such as Rspec, and a knack for benchmarking and performance optimization are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create high-quality web applications that meet business requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient web dashboards and applications with reusable code components.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment to ensure robust software delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve development processes.
- Optimize application performance through benchmarking, profiling, and refining codebases.
- Ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components, adhering to RESTful API standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Support troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues promptly to maintain system stability.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team to foster a collaborative environment.
