Role Description
This full-time, on-site Angel Investor expert role at BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE is based in Delhi, India. The Angel Investor expert will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and potential investors. Key responsibilities include financial analysis, identifying viable investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, creating pitch materials, and advising clients on investment strategies. The individual will also monitor portfolio performance and provide insights to optimize investment returns, while working closely with teams to facilitate financial negotiations and agreements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in financial analysis, risk assessment, and investment evaluation
- Proficiency in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and financial reports
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Understanding of compliance requirements, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in fostering partnerships with startups, businesses, and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and assess profitable investment opportunities
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in angel investing, venture capital, or financial advisory is an advantage
