Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Anesthesiologist, based at CNS in Jharkhand, India. The Anesthesiologist will be responsible for assessing and preparing patients for surgery, administering anesthesia during surgical procedures, and monitoring patients’ vital signs throughout operations. They will collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to manage pain effectively and provide post-operative care. This role demands a commitment to maintaining high standards in patient safety, comfort, and care in a multidisciplinary environment dedicated to neurological excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Anesthesiology, with hands-on experience in administering anesthetics in surgical and non-surgical procedures.
- Knowledge and application of medical practices, particularly as they relate to preoperative and postoperative care.
- Experience in Critical Care Nursing and adeptness in managing critical cases with a focus on patient safety.
- Understanding of pain management techniques and strategies to improve patient comfort and recovery outcomes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Diploma in Anesthesia (DA), with certification by a recognized medical board. Experience in a neurological or multispecialty hospital is highly desirable.
