leading anesthesia services and critical care (ICU) management , ensuring patient safety, and supervising medical teams.
Clinical Leadership
- Oversee all anesthesia and ICU operations
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU
- Supervise ventilator management and life-support systems
- Ensure safe administration of anesthesia during surgeries
- Team Management
- Lead anesthesiologists, intensivists, and ICU staff
- Train and mentor junior doctors and residents
- Coordinate with surgeons and other departments
- Monitor patient outcomes and quality indicators
- Conduct clinical audits and mortality reviews
- Implement infection control and safety practices
- Participate in hospital management decisions
