<strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br><br>
</div><div>As General Manager, you’ll oversee all day-to-day operations while building a strong, positive culture for both guests and employees.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities include:</strong><br><br>

<li>Leading and developing your management and store team</li>
<li>Creating a “run it like you own it” mentality</li>
<li>Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training employees</li>
<li>Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards</li>
<li>Coaching and mentoring assistant managers for future growth opportunities</li>
<li>Managing staffing levels, scheduling, and team development</li>
<li>Maintaining strong communication and timely follow-up with leadership and staff</li>
<li>Leading from the front — this is a hands-on leadership role, not an office job</li>
<li>Maintaining a calm, positive attitude during high-volume operations</li>
<li>Ensuring every treat served meets Andy’s quality standards</li>
</ul><div>What We’re Looking For<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>3–5 years of management experience in food service or a related leadership role</li>
<li>Positive, energetic leadership style</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Open availability, including nights, weekends, and some holidays</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Strong employment history and positive references</li>
</ul><div>Physical Requirements<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Constant standing and walking</li>
<li>Ability to lift/carry up to 55 pounds safely</li>
<li>Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and precision work</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions</li>
<li>Frequent use of POS systems and restaurant equipment</li>
