Job Description Summary
We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented
Andrology Technician in Raipur to join our fast-growing healthcare team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in
semen analysis, sperm washing techniques, and IVF lab procedures, who are also confident in communicating with doctors and healthcare professionals.
As an
Andrology Technician – Product Demonstration & R&D, you will play a critical role in demonstrating our innovative product
Androwash to gynecologists, IVF centers, and fertility clinics across Raipur and nearby regions. In addition, you will contribute to
research and development (R&D) activities aimed at improving sperm preparation techniques and enhancing fertility outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Demonstration & Training (Field-Based Role)
- Visit gynecologists’ clinics, IVF centers, and fertility hospitals in Raipur to demonstrate the usage and clinical benefits of Androwash (sperm washing device)
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for doctors, embryologists, and lab technicians on proper sperm washing techniques
- Clearly explain the scientific advantages, workflow, and outcomes of using Androwash in infertility treatments
- Address technical queries, objections, and concerns from healthcare professionals confidently
- Ensure proper adoption and usage of the product at client locations
- Build strong professional relationships with gynecologists and IVF specialists
- Research & Development (R&D) Support
- Actively participate in product testing, validation, and improvement processes related to sperm washing technology
- Assist in developing and optimizing protocols for semen analysis and sperm preparation techniques
- Work closely with the R&D team to enhance product efficiency and clinical outcomes
- Provide field feedback from doctors and labs to improve product performance
- Contribute to innovation in andrology lab processes and fertility treatments
- Quality Control & Laboratory Work
- Perform routine semen analysis and sperm washing procedures as per standard laboratory protocols
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards in all lab activities
- Maintain proper documentation of lab results, test procedures, and experimental findings
- Follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality control guidelines in laboratory environments
- Support troubleshooting and process improvements in sperm preparation techniques
- Communication & Coordination
- Communicate effectively with gynecologists, IVF specialists, lab technicians, and internal teams
- Prepare reports, case studies, and documentation related to product usage and lab findings
- Assist in creating training materials, presentations, and demo scripts
- Represent the company professionally during field visits, medical discussions, and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams for smooth execution
Required Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field
Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in an andrology lab, IVF center, or fertility clinic
- Practical knowledge of semen analysis and sperm washing techniques
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures used in fertility treatments
- Strong understanding of basic reproductive biology and lab protocols
