About The Role
We are looking for a passionate Mobile Engineer who is eager to build high-quality mobile applications and grow their skills in modern mobile development. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver great mobile experiences across Android, iOS, or Flutter platforms.
You will work closely with experienced engineers, designers, and product teams to develop, test, and improve mobile applications used in real-world environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android, iOS, or Flutter platforms, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Implement user interfaces following mobile UI and usability best practices to enhance user engagement.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services using REST APIs to enable seamless data flow and functionality.
- Debug issues, troubleshoot bugs, and help improve application performance and stability through proactive analysis and testing.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers during feature development to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions to uphold coding standards and foster continuous improvement.
- Write basic unit tests and support testing efforts to ensure application reliability and quality.
Qualifications
- Strong programming fundamentals, including Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms to optimize application performance.
- Understanding of mobile application fundamentals, including core components and application lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with at least one platform: Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift), or Flutter (Dart).
- Basic understanding of mobile UI development and state management concepts.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON-based communication for backend integration.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems such as Git to manage code effectively.
- Exposure to unit testing or mobile testing fundamentals to ensure code quality and reliability.
Nice to Have
- Personal or academic projects related to mobile application development demonstrating initiative and technical skills.
- Familiarity with modern mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
- Experience with mobile debugging tools or development frameworks to streamline troubleshooting and development processes.
