L&T Technology Services are looking Android Developers with 7+ Years of experience.
What You’ll Do
Mobile Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Android and iOS applications, with a primary focus on Android.
- Build and maintain shared business logic using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
- Ensure mobile applications meet high standards for performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Bluetooth & Connected Technology
- Implement and maintain Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) functionality within mobile applications.
- Work with platform-specific Bluetooth frameworks including BluetoothGatt (Android) and CoreBluetooth (iOS).
- Collaborate with firmware and backend teams to ensure reliable device connectivity and data exchange.
- Debug and resolve Bluetooth connectivity, performance, and stability issues.
Collaboration & Quality
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers across global teams.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and best practices.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of existing applications.
Tools & Innovation
- Leverage modern development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude to accelerate development and problem solving (bonus).
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Android development, with working knowledge of iOS development.
- Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform for shared mobile codebases.
- Hands-on experience with Bluetooth technologies, especially BLE.
- Experience with CoreBluetooth, BluetoothGatt, and related APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, global team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mobile engineering or a related field.
