Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of experience in designing intuitive and engaging Android applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile design principles, user-centered design, and the ability to translate requirements into seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing Android app interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
- Ensure consistency with Material Design guidelines and best practices.
- Optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain design systems and style guides.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
- Solid understanding of Android design guidelines (Material Design).
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
- Knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and mobile development workflows is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Portfolio showcasing Android app design projects.
