About the role

The PMO Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) by providing analytical and administrative support (such as coordination, planning, control, reporting, and analysis) to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the PMO Analyst supports the Head of PMO in implementing PMO initiatives, ensuring that project management standards and practices are followed, maintained and improved and project data quality in PPM system meets the targets. Key Responsibilities : Supports projects to meet their targets. Do data analysis of the projects and ensures that project data quality meet the targets. Develops and maintains project templates and guidelines. Facilitates communication between portfolios stakeholders. Attend to improvement of PMO and project management processes. Follows that project management is fulfilling compliancy requirements of ANDIRTZ IT. Responsible of keeping work backlog up to date.
