About the Role
ANDMORE is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and maintain the integrity of financial records. This role is responsible for analyzing general ledger activity, performing reconciliations, supporting invoicing and billing processes, and contributing to month-end close and audit activities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the processing of daily cash receipts, including credit cards, checks, and wire transactions, ensuring alignment with general ledger balances
- Review, process, and accurately invoice new service agreements
- Perform general account analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, expense accruals, and prepaid amortizations
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline, identifying and communicating variances
- Support SaaS invoicing, recurring billing, and time & materials (T&M) invoicing
- Participate in the month-end close process, including preparing accruals, reclasses, and responding to budget vs. actual inquiries
- Respond to customer billing inquiries and partner with Customer Success to ensure timely resolution
- Assist with quarterly and annual audits by providing required documentation
- Support ad hoc accounting projects and reporting needs
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of accounting or relevant experience
- Working knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and SOX controls
- Experience with accounting systems such as JDE (Oracle) and Blackline preferred
- Familiarity with SaaS environments, online banking, and tools like HubSpot preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based role
- Requires regular sitting, standing, and use of hands and arms
