<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Patient Admission and Pre-Operative Assessment </li>
<li>Patient Monitoring after anesthesia</li>
<li>Patient Education of preoperative and post operative care</li>
<li>Medication Administration</li>
<li>Collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and the surgical team </li>
<li>Emergency Response to any complications or emergencies</li>
<li>Documentation to maintain accurate and detailed records </li>
<li>Participation in Regulatory Compliance and safety protocols</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul><li>Licensure: Current RN license in Colorado</li></ul><div>
<strong>Experience<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in a pre-operative environment, recovery room, post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), or critical care setting is required. ASC experience a plus</li>
<li>Complete perioperative experience preferred.</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Certifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>BLS (Basic Life Support) Required</li>
<li>ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) current or within 3 months</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Working Hours<br></strong><br>
</div><div>
<strong>This position requires a commitment of 10-15 hours per week (one OR day per week (Wednesday) and up to 1/2 additional day (for preop preparation) Monday or Tuesday<br></strong><br>
