Description
Anchor Behavioral Solutions is seeking a motivated Program Manager Trainee to join our Adult Day Program team. This is a training position designed to prepare you to become a full Program Manager. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship from the Executive Director and leadership team, with the goal of transitioning into a full Program Manager role once specific milestones and competencies are met.
The allocated schedule for this position- Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
What You’ll Do:

Learn to oversee daily operations of Adult Day Programs and support staff.

Ensure high-quality, person-centered care and supervision for program participants.

Assist with developing, updating, and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs).

Participate in scheduling, activity planning, and community-based engagement.

Support in training, supervising, and evaluating program staff.

Monitor and ensure compliance with all DDD, state, and agency policies.

Maintain accurate documentation and assist with billing processes.

Promote participants’ independence, inclusion, and personal growth.
- Perform all other relevant duties as assigned by the Executive Director or designee

The ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate program services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Healthcare Management, or related field (Associate’s or equivalent experience considered).

At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Valid driver’s license required.
