Join the curious. Ancestry seeks an exceptional, passionate, and highly motivated Associate iOS Engineer to join our mobile app team. The mobile app team is primarily focused on creating, enhancing, and maintaining software features for Ancestry's popular mobile apps. As an iOS Engineer on the mobile app team, you will work with other software engineers, quality engineers, product managers, and designers to define and implement features on our mobile apps. You will be a full participant on the team and will be involved in the entire product lifecycle from conception to implementation to delivery. Your contributions will be seen by millions of users. What you will do: Participate in product planning Participate in technical planning (dev designs) Give daily status updates to your team members Write mobile software in Swift/SwiftUI using Xcode Review code with your peers Who you are: Experience using Xcode to build native iOS apps Familiarity with the Swift/SwiftUI languages Experience using git/GitHub Enjoy working in a team environment and collaborating with others Have an app of your own that you have been working on and preferably released in the app store. Have a computer science degree or equivalent skills and experience.
