We are hiring experienced Anaplan professionals to join our Enterprise Planning team. We are looking for candidates across experience levels for two key roles — Anaplan L3 Model Builder and Anaplan Solution Architect.
The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on experience in Anaplan implementation, model development, solution design, and Connected Planning. Candidates will be aligned to roles based on their experience, technical expertise, and solution delivery capabilities.
Role 1: Anaplan L3 Model Builder
Experience Range: 3–6Years
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design, build, and optimization of complex Anaplan models, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Effectively apply time-based logic to manage, isolate, and streamline calculations across multiple planning periods.
- Design and implement access controls to enhance both usability and data security.
- Build and maintain centralized data structures and integration points to support consistent, scalable planning processes.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve calculation issues to ensure data accuracy and model reliability.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of planning models, including version control, updates, and environment migration.
- Configure and manage dynamic data points to support evolving business requirements and data inputs.
- Drive continuous model improvements, documentation, and version control for all Anaplan artifacts.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior model builders and business users.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 3+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience, with ownership of full-cycle model builds.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Understanding of Connected Planning and cross-functional planning processes in Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, or HR.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and project collaboration platforms.
Role 2: Anaplan Solution Architect
Experience Range: 6 –12 Years
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end solution design and implementation of Anaplan models.
- Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic planning needs.
- Define architectural standards, best practices, and governance for Anaplan development.
- Oversee model builders and ensure the quality and scalability of Anaplan models.
- Drive Anaplan roadmap, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
- Integrate Anaplan with other enterprise applications such as ERP and CRM.
- Conduct design reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 4+ years of implementation experience in Anaplan.
- An certification is preferred.
- Expertise in complex model design, scalability, and best practices.
- Experience in large-scale Anaplan implementations across multiple business functions in following industries – Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Automotive
- Strong understanding of one of the following planning areas – financial planning, incentive compensation, territory & quota management and Sales & Operations Planning
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Integration – Cloudworks, Anaplan Connect, ADO & API (good to have)
- Modelling Features – Workflow (Custom & Native), Maps, Hierarchy Chart, Network Chart, DCA, Roles & Rights assignment
- Complementary Products – Optimiser, PlanIQ, Predictive Insights, AnaplanXL, Anaplan Consolidation (good to have)
