Business Development Executive (BDE) – Fresher Responsibilities: Identify and bid on projects through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other platforms Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements Generate leads and build relationships with international clients Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks Work on email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups Collaborate with the technical team to close deals Requirements: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong research and analytical skills Basic understanding of IT services (Web & Mobile App Development) is a plus 2.
