About the role:
We are seeking an Analytics Product Manager - Data & Bi to lead the development and delivery of data-driven products, including dashboards, AI-powered insights, RAG-based applications, chatbots, and automated reporting solutions.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, data engineering, and analytics teams to design and deliver impactful analytics and AI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics and AI products including dashboards, reports, RAG applications, LLM-powered solutions, and chatbots
- Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, epics, and a well-defined product backlog
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog while ensuring timely delivery using Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Collaborate with Finance, Business, Data Engineering, and AI/ML teams to design and implement scalable analytics solutions
- Drive development of LLM-based applications, conversational analytics, and knowledge retrieval systems (RAG)
- Ensure analytics and AI solutions deliver actionable business insights and high user adoption
- Monitor product usage, gather feedback, and continuously optimize the analytics and AI product portfolio

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Analytics or AI Product Management (8+ years
- Preferably from FMCG industry background
- Strong understanding of BI platforms (preferably Power BI)
- Exposure to LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI chatbot
- Experience managing Agile backlogs, user stories, and sprint delivery
- Ability to translate business requirements into data and AI-driven solution
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Generative AI platforms and LLM frameworks
- Exposure to enterprise-scale analytics and AI solutions
- Understanding of data pipelines, analytics architecture, and AI product deployment
