Manager – Data Analytics & BI

Education: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/Data Science or equivalent)
We’re hiring a player-manager to lead Kytes’ analytics function—owning customer insights delivery, team leadership, and the BI roadmap. This role combines hands-on analytics, client engagement, and people management.
Role Overview
Drive end-to-end analytics for enterprise clients while building scalable BI solutions and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics engagements from requirements to dashboard delivery
- Act as the primary analytics partner; present insights to CXOs and business leaders
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Mentor and manage a team of Data Analysts / BI Developers
- Own BI roadmap, data modelling standards, and dashboard frameworks
- Ensure scalable, high-performance Power BI solutions
- Drive predictive analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
- Stay hands-on with SQL, Power BI, and data analysis
Requirements
- 4-6 years in Data Analytics / BI; 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and Excel skills
- Experience in data modelling, DAX, and performance optimization
- Business storytelling, stakeholder management, and CXO communication
- Python and predictive analytics experience is a plus
- B2B SaaS background preferred
