We’re looking for an Analytics Manager who thrives at the intersection of data, product, and storytelling — someone who can turn complex tracking setups into clear business insights.
You’ll lead analytics across Next.js web and React Native mobile platforms, ensuring data accuracy, actionable insights, and growth-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain a unified event taxonomy across Web (GA4) and Mobile (Firebase).
- Implement and troubleshoot complex tracking via Google Tag Manager (Web & Server-side).
- Audit tracking leaks and establish a single source of truth across GA4, Firebase, and MongoDB.
- Lead data deep-dive sessions and set North Star metrics for product teams.
- Run cohort and funnel analyses to optimize conversions and reduce churn.
- Build executive-ready dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Design statistically valid A/B tests and interpret results with clear business recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to tie data insights to revenue growth.
Required Skills- Expertise in GA4, Firebase, GTM (Web/Server), SQL (PostgreSQL/BigQuery).
- Experience with Mixpanel, AppsFlyer/Branch, and data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of LTV modeling, churn analysis, and paywall optimization.
- Strong analytical storytelling and stakeholder communication skills.
- Hands-on with Python (Pandas/NumPy) and automation tools (Zapier, APIs) is a plus.
- Awareness of GDPR/CCPA and first-party data strategies.
