Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned, insight-driven analytics leader to own and elevate the Analytics & Business Insights function. As the Head of Analytics, you will be the company's foremost authority on data: setting the strategic direction, building a world-class team, and ensuring every major business decision is anchored in rigorous, actionable analysis.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how a high-growth consumer brand harnesses data — spanning demand forecasting, category performance, supply-chain optimization, customer lifetime value, pricing, and marketing effectiveness, and to build the systems and culture that sustain that advantage.
What makes the role meaty?
- Define and drive the enterprise analytics strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Partner with leadership to solve business problems through data-driven insights and analytical frameworks
- Lead KPI reporting, dashboards, business intelligence, and analytics-driven decision-making
- Drive advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives including forecasting, pricing, churn, and recommendation models
- Build scalable data infrastructure in partnership with Data Engineering and Product teams
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Analytics, BI, and Data Science teams
- Establish strong operating cadences, governance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration models
- Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and scalable analytics practices across the organization
- Promote self-service analytics and data literacy across business functions
- Stay updated on emerging analytics and GenAI trends to drive innovation and business impact
We hope that you have..
- 10–15 years of experience in Analytics, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience in consumer-facing industries such as D2C, FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, CPG, Food-Tech, or similar sectors.
- Proven expertise across the full analytics lifecycle — problem solving, modelling, insights, and business impact.
- Experience building or scaling Analytics functions in high-growth environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including leadership and board-level presentations.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for analytics and data modelling.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms including Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.
- Good understanding of ML concepts, forecasting models, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making methodologies.
