Role Summary We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Analytics Lead to build and scale our data intelligence capabilities across loyalty and traceability programs. This role will transform multi-dimensional data (user, coupon, scans, product, geo, time) into actionable insights that drive:
- User engagement
- Campaign effectiveness
- Fraud detection
- Product movement intelligence The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with business understanding , and can independently identify opportunities—not just build reports. Key Responsibilities
- Business Analytics & Insights
- Analyze program-level and company-wide data to uncover: o User behavior patterns o Engagement and churn drivers o Product movement trends
- Move beyond dashboards to generate actionable recommendations
- Dashboarding & Reporting
- Design and maintain dashboards using tools like: o Power BI or Looker Studio
- Build standardized views for: o Clients (Marketing/Sales/Leadership teams) o Internal teams (Customer Success, sales, operations etc)
- Advanced Analytics Use Cases Drive development of:
- User segmentation (high/low value, at-risk)
- Campaign ROI analysis
- Coupon/redemption behavior analysis
- Geo-based performance insights
- Product based performance insights
- Predictive & Data Science Initiatives Translate business problems into analytical models
- Churn prediction models
- Fraud detection logic
- Demand forecasting
- Data Structuring & Quality
- Work with tech team to: o Define data schemas o Ensure clean, structured data pipelines
- Identify gaps in data collection
- Client-Facing Insights
- Generate insights for clients in a simple, business-friendly way
- Help convert analytics into premium value-added offerings Required Skills Core
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with: Power BI / Looker Studio / Tableau
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Python (pandas, basic ML concepts) o Experience like: Google BigQuery or similar
- Understanding of basic statistics Must-have Thinking Skills
- Structured problem solving
- Ability to connect data and convert to business outcomes
- Curiosity and ownership mindset Experience
- 3–6 years in analytics / business intelligence
- Experience in one of: o Loyalty programs/ Customer Engagement o FMCG / dealer networks o SaaS / platform businesses o Supply chain / distribution analytics
