About the Role
We are looking for Analytics Engineers to join our growing team at EZData Advisory.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, building dashboards, creating clean data models, understanding business requirements, and working directly with customers.
You will work across modern BI and analytics projects using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and other cloud data platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow fast, take ownership, and be part of a startup that is building a strong analytics consulting team.
What You’ll Work On
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and/or Looker
- Work with customers to understand business requirements and convert them into analytics solutions
- Write SQL queries for data analysis, validation, transformation, and reporting
- Build and maintain clean data models for analytics and BI use cases
- Work on analytics engineering tasks using tools like dbt, SQL, and cloud data warehouses
- Create reusable datasets, semantic layers, metrics, and reporting logic
- Support BI migration, dashboard development, and analytics engineering projects
- Validate numbers, debug data issues, and ensure dashboard accuracy
- Work with platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar warehouses
- Document business logic, metrics, assumptions, data models, and project work
- Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and business stakeholders
- Take ownership of assigned work and communicate progress clearly
- Learn new tools and contribute to internal accelerators and reusable assets
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in BI, analytics engineering, reporting, or data-related roles
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one BI platform: Power BI/Tableau/Looker
- Good SQL skills for querying, transformation, validation, and debugging
- Understanding of data modeling concepts such as facts, dimensions, joins, grain, and metric definitions.
- Exposure to dbt or similar transformation frameworks
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift ,SQL Server
- Ability to create reliable datasets for dashboards and reporting
- Experience working on customer-facing or stakeholder-facing projects
- Ability to understand business problems and translate them into dashboards, metrics, and data models
- Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with customers
- Hunger to learn, grow, and take ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment
- Willingness to work onsite from Varanasi

- Understanding of Git, CI/CD, and version-controlled analytics workflows
- Basic understanding of data pipelines and orchestration tools
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience
- Ability to lead small workstreams or mentor junior team members
