Hiring: Patient Analytics Consultant | HealthTech | Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming healthcare data into life-saving insights? We are looking for a powerhouse Patient Analytics Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru.

The MissionAs a Patient Analytics Consultant, you won’t just move data; you will integrate complex healthcare datasets (Claims, EHR, Lab, Pharmacy) to build longitudinal patient views. You will define cohorts, map treatment patterns, and use predictive modeling to drive strategic decisions for global Life Sciences leaders.
What You’ll Do- Patient Journey Mapping: Integrate diverse datasets to develop end-to-end longitudinal patient journeys across multiple care settings.
- Advanced Modeling: Develop complex SQL/Python scripts to build and validate predictive models (regression, classification, survival analysis, clustering).
- Clinical Insights: Conduct patient-centric analyses including treatment patterns, Line-of-Therapy (LoT), and disease progression.
- Data Storytelling: Translate complex methodologies into executive-ready dashboards and actionable clinical/business recommendations.
What You Bring (Mandatory)- Experience: 4+ years as an Analytics Consultant, with at least 2+ years specifically in the Pharma domain.
- Technical Arsenal: Hands-on mastery of SQL, Python, and Predictive Modeling.
- Data Expertise: Proven experience working with patient-level datasets (Claims, EHR, Lab, Pharmacy).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Background: Prior experience within HealthTech, PharmaTech, or Life Sciences companies.
Preferred Qualifications- Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience delivering high-impact analytics in a client-facing environment.
Logistics & Perks- Location: Bengaluru.
- Work Model: Hybrid (6 days a month WFH flexibility).
- Working Days: 5 days a week.
