Overview
B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field/ candidates from other branch with relevant experience.
Above 60% aggregate marks for all semesters up to which the results are out.
No active backlogs. Previous backlogs must be cleared within the normal course completion period
2+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning.

About the job
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Analytics Consultant (AI) who is eager to learn and grow in the field of data-driven consulting. The candidate should be experienced and driven, who has hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade AI and Agentic AI applications. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to independently contribute to client engagements while collaborating effectively within a team. A curiosity-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication are key for success in this role.
We expect our prospective candidates to possess the following qualities and strengths:
· Experience in AI/ML development
· Model deployment and monitoring
· Cloud-based solution implementation
· Solid programming experience in Python, including production-level coding and debugging.

· Excellent Communication skills
Job Responsibilities
· End-to-end involvement in AI/ML solution development - from requirement understanding to deployment and support.
· Enhance and optimize existing solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
· Partner closely with project managers, senior consultants, and customers to:
· Translate business needs into analytical solutions
· Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
· Deliver high-quality solutions within timelines
· Conduct structured data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
· Document solution design, workflows, and performance outcomes.
· Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, Agentic AI, and cloud technology to contribute thought leadership within the team.
· Act as a subject matter expert for the team in designing and recommending appropriate analytical approaches and methodology in addressing key data/business issues.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of:
· Machine Learning algorithms & workflows
· Model lifecycle management
· Version control using Git
Professional exposure to Azure or AWS, with hands-on experience in services such as:
· Azure ML
· Azure AI Foundry
· Microsoft Fabric
· Copilot Studio
Knowledge of data ingestion, API-based integrations, and MLOps is a plus.
