Summary:
As an Analytics and Modelor, a typical day involves examining and interpreting client, market, and key performance data to uncover meaningful patterns and trends. This role requires applying various analytical methods and modeling techniques to transform raw data into actionable business insights. The position focuses on enhancing decision-making processes by continuously evaluating data and refining models to support strategic objectives. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver impactful analysis is a core aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of analytical models to support business goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and developing data models to support security analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation.
- Familiarity with security event monitoring and incident response processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to provide innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
