Role Summary:

Execution-focused analytics role-owning Python-based optimizer, predictive, and automation projects end-to-end in a small, high-impact team.

 

Roles and responsibilities

• Design and build optimizer solutions
• Develop predictive analytics models for business use cases
• Automate data pipelines, reports, and analytical workflows
• Write clean, maintainable Python and SQL code end to end
• Translate well-defined requirements into working analytical solutions
• Collaborate closely with Head of Analytics
• Work in parallel with BI analyst; align outputs where needed

 

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on Python (end-to-end project ownership)
• Strong SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently once requirements are broken down
• 2–4 years relevant analytics/data experience

 

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to optimization techniques (not mandatory)
• Familiarity with Power BI (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Basic awareness of AI / ML / LLM concepts (interest over expertise)

 

 

Success Metrics (First 6–12 Months):

• Timely delivery of optimizer and automation projects
• Code quality, reusability, and stability
• Adoption of solutions by internal users
• Reduced manual effort through automation
