Role Description
We are seeking an Analytical Research and Development Executive for a full-time on-site position located in Enkoor. In this role, you will be responsible for leading analytical research and development processes, including method development and validation, troubleshooting, and quality analysis. Additional responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines in all analytical activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in method development, validation, and quality analysis processes
- Expertise in operating and maintaining advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and FTIR
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and quality control standards in the personal care and pharmaceutical industries
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and document complex data in technical reports
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to analytical challenges
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within the personal care or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
