Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) professional in Formulations at our Roorkee location. The role involves overseeing and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of analytical processes, monitoring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), conducting quality audits, and implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards in formulations. You will be instrumental in driving laboratory operational excellence while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices
- Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Management systems
- Experience conducting Quality Audits and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical formulations is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Roorkee and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and manufacturing processes in the pharma industry
