Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Analytical Chemist located in Bengaluru. The Analytical Chemist will carry out day-to-day tasks such as preparing, testing, and analyzing environmental samples (e.g., water, soil, air). Key responsibilities include operating laboratory equipment, maintaining quality control standards, recording accurate data, and assisting with research and development (R&D) projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support environmental compliance objectives is also a critical part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Laboratory Skills with proficiency in handling various laboratory equipment
- Solid Analytical Skills, with a focus on precision, detail orientation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with Quality Control processes in laboratory settings
- Experience or knowledge in Research and Development (R&D) practices within an analytical or environmental context
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and reporting of experimental results
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Educational qualification in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in environmental analysis and testing is a plus
