Essential Functions
Analyses labour data and business trends to identify opportunities for staffing optimization and productivity improvement. Develops and maintains workforce planning models and dashboards to support accurate forecasting. Validates data integrity and ensure consistency across workforce planning tools.
Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service levels, labour efficiency, and cost control. Supports outage procedures and coordinate communications across teams to maintain system stability. Assists in implementing best practices for workforce management to achieve operational goals.
Partners with operations, HR, and finance teams to align labor plans with business objectives. Facilitates meetings and discussions to review workforce strategies and progress against targets. Provides actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
Ensures adherence to labor laws, company policies, and staffing guidelines. Prepares and presents workforce metrics, trend analyses, and recommendations to stakeholders. Maintains documentation and reporting standards for workforce planning activities.
Contributes to workforce management projects by tracking milestones and supporting execution. Identifies process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing solutions. Stays updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance workforce planning capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, Analytics, or related field OR 2 years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, Analytics, or related field.
Experience with workforce planning software and analytics tools.
