Your Job
As an Analyst in Process Excellence, you will support the identification and execution of data-driven improvements across supply chain processes. You will work with stakeholders and leverage process mining tools such as Celonis to analyze workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build expertise in supply chain operations and process analytics.
Our Team
You will be part of a collaborative Process Excellence team focused on enhancing supply chain performance through analytics, digital tools, and continuous improvement practices. The team works closely with business partners to deliver insights and drive sustainable operational improvements.
What You Will Do
- Support process mining studies to analyze supply chain processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements
- Assist in extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data to generate actionable insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions (procurement, planning, logistics, order management)
- Help promote adoption of process mining tools and analytics-driven decision-making
- Participate in workshops and discussions to support implementation of process improvements
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience / understanding of supply chain management concepts
- Exposure to data analysis and problem-solving using tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Eagerness to learn and apply process improvement and analytical methodologies
What Will Put You Ahead
- Exposure to or internship experience with process mining tools such as Celonis
- Celonis certification or coursework in process mining (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or supply chain data
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma concepts
- Experience working on data-driven projects or academic case studies
