Job Title: Analyst / Senior Analyst - Credit & Collections - Chennai
Job Overview: We are hiring
Credit & Collections Analyst and
Senior Analyst with 2 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. This role involves managing customer credit risk, driving timely collections, and ensuring compliance with financial policies�all while supporting global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer credit profiles and recommend credit limits
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
- Resolve billing disputes and ensure accurate invoicing
- Prepare aging reports and collection forecast
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth collections
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Maintain documentation and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Skills & Attributes
- 2 to 10 years of experience in Credit & Collections or related finance roles
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience working in US shift or with international clients preferred
- Bachelor
- s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
