Responsibilities
a) Analysing audited financial statements, and conducting detailed credit assessments to support debt and advisory transactions.
b) Evaluating credit assessment based on review of Credit rating and various other Company reports.
c) Evaluating group credit positions, coordinate due-diligence activities with consultants, and work closely with clients to organize and manage data rooms for lender review.
d) Prepare Information Memorandum, Financial Models, Presentation materials, credit notes and any other documents in connection with various debt proposals.
e) Strong understanding on Balance sheet evaluation and ability to make Cashflow projections/Financial Model for potential investors.
f) Understanding various credit queries and address the same to Investor satisfaction.
g) Liase with clients on receipt of information/data and streamlining to investor expectations/formats.
h) Stay updated with market trends, regulations, and industry developments affecting investment banking activities / financial advisory services.
i) Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple transaction requirements efficiently.
Qualifications
CA / MBA / PGDM (from a reputed institute)
Experiences
a) 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory services.
b) Financial modelling skills and experience in preparation of PowerPoint Presentation.
c) Credit analysis.
